Always a nice stay, it’s quite and a comfy bed

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The front desk agent was excellent. Could see by the number of young people roaming the lobby and halls that a sports team was most likely staying in the hotel and we asked to be placed in a quieter area and she was wonderful in doing this. Had a cool two story loft room, with more amenities (small kitchenette and table for 2) then we needed!

Everything was great except The pools hours should be reviewed. People and kids were on the pool speaalking and making noises until 10:00 PM. There no time for adults only in the pool quiet time. Rooms near the pool will be affected from noise of people yelling and talking loud it in the pool. After 10:00 PM when pool is closed is quier in all first floor. Otherwise a great hotel with many restaurants in and near by

We have stayed numerous times at this hotel. Carpets were dirty, bathroom door had finger prints. Just not as kept up as generally.

Amenities are modest

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a better room and it exceeded our expectations! Would stay again.

Wonderful hospitality, very clean room! Thanks

Staff were very helpful, room was cool when we arrived, spacious room was provided with amenities. List of available TV channels provided very helpful and my son noted that few hotels provide this.

Good
