Large sitting area for people to sit. Rooms were clean
What didn’t like was that we stopped early an they were going to charge us $15.00 extra to get in early, which was no problem but then they said the room was not ready so came back at 4:00 an room still not ready. Said they would call when cleaned 1.4 hours later I went back up to ask to see if room was ready, it was but no call an they said they were busy—don’t say you are going to call if you are not. Also we were late to meet at the Cardinals game so was not real happy with the check in. I asked if they were going to compensate us since they were going to do that to us.Needless to say it didn’t start our vacation out well!!

Our room was between an over pass and the elevator. Dried blood on the hotel sheets. Window blind did not close all the way. Staff upcharged for arriving 40 min early. Shower was eaither scalding or freezing. Hotel safe wouldnt work. Homeless gathered out property. Poor stay. Try somewhere else!

Very nice comfortable affordable near site seeing, gateway arch and Budweiser brewery to name a couple. Needs a restaurant other than one in casino.

Wonderful stay. Will stay again. The only issue was the refrigerator smelled bad so we did not use it. Outside of that everything was great.

Upon arrival our check-in was fairly easy. There was a $15 early check-in but we happily paid it since we had drove a few hrs. The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. We had 2 rooms as we had 7 to our party. The rooms were large with a sitting area, table/chairs and tv and sink in, & then a good size bedroom. Cleanliness was fairly good. Noticed a little grim on the out side corner by the shower but nothing nasty just a hard spot to get to. The only oddities was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and no literature telling where things where at in the hotel or surrounding. Only a book about visiting KC. All in all 4 stars and will stay there again.

Everything was nice and check in went quickly. Received a free drink from the bar as well at check in. Conveniently attached to the casino with some great restaurants.
