The window is locked and the air exhaust does not pull any air, though it makes noise. The room is wet especially the floor, which does not dry, and my backpack became wet. Just putting any bag on the floor and it becomes wet. I asked to change room but same problem : no air exhaust. I was there 7 months ago and it was the same problem so I guess they have decided air was not useful for the guests.

Great view. Professional courteous staff. They kept the hotel clean. Completely bug free. AC was fine. Shower was okay. The hotel itself is not only dated but also flimsy. Evidence of water damage and swelling on doors even on a top floor. Windows did not open. End tables so tiny you might as well not have them. The walk desk looked chewed--really doesn't matter. Clean: yes. Quiet, ergonomic and business friendly: no.

Parking is super tight need to find new ways to park!

I have the same complaint about every Red Planet. The bathroom door is made of glass. The middle section is opaque but bottom and top of the door is completely clear. Everyone can see through those areas. The lack of an enclosure for the shower means that the bathroom floor gets wet. I'm not sure who made these design choices but they are impractical and it causes frustration. There is nothing wrong with having an opaque bathroom door. There is nothing wrong with having a shower door. It seems like they tried to solve a problem that didn't exist and in doing so, created new ones. There is no extra roll of toilet paper in the room. I always have to go out of my way to ask somebody for another roll. It seems silly to have to go through the extra effort to have to ask for it. You also have to be aware that you ask in time before you run out. The safe almost never works. A fridge would be nice. Otherwise, the place was very nice and the staff was very courteous.

2 bottles of water, toiletries and disposable slippers should be included even if it's a budget hotel They just have to charge additional $2 or $3 to minimize inconveniences to hotel guests.
