The hotel is new, the apartment looks beautiful, well equipped and tidy. The hotel is in a great location in the city, there are great restaurants, promenades and shops nearby. Everything is within a few minutes walk. This hotel is a "no staff" hotel and the fact that it says that you have breakfast every day - this basically means that someone filled the fridge in the apartment for you, and you prepare breakfast yourself, that's the only complaint. This information should be written in the advertisement, especially when potential guests are looking for a hotel with breakfast included, which in my long experience is not "prepare breakfast yourself".

Excellent room/apartment, exceeded expectations. Beautifully put together. Massive bath and sauna. Everything you need. Breakfast selection was fab. Location right in the middle of everything. Cant fault it.

I LOVED this place! I stayed here one night because I could not get a room The Arctic Lights Hotel down the street, where I then moved for the rest of my stay in (highly forgettable) Rovaniemi. I so wish I had stayed here the entire time. It seems to be the one establishment in Rovaniemi that doesn't try to fleece you at every turn. Super comfortable, modern, immaculate and friendly. The kitchen was a godsend. The staff kindly rushed to allow an early check in. The well-appointed kitchen was stuffed with quality foods, included in the room rate. The bed was far more comfortable than the bed at Arctic Lights (a perfectly fine but overrated conventional hotel). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I love the modern design, as well as the cleanliness. Everything that I needed was there, the bathroom amenities, a well stocked refrigerator, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Fantastic location to downtown and the riverfront. My room at HAAWE was very clean, well-designed, and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was great.

Checkin code was provided via text a day before. There was provision of securely storing our luggage, as we arrived early. The room was spotless and hi-tech. What stood out was the refrigerator stocked with a wide variety of food ranging from fruits, milk, eggs, bread, salami, butter, cheese - the list is endless. And the quantity - plentiful! The cleaning staff were very professional and friendly and ensured that the refrigerator was replenished every morning. The welcome chocolate bars on the bed were a nice touch too. The pillows could have been a tad more comfortable (it was way too soft), but apart from that, we were super impressed with everything including the location. The gorgeous Kemijoki river is a minute or two away, and so are all top restaurants and cafes. The cherry on top was a late checkout request that was happily approved. Thanks to the team. If we ever revisit Rovaniemi, this will be our first choice for staying in the city.
