This place is the best in South Lake. Best pool, best jacuzzis, best service and amenities. Right in the center of heavenly village, walking distance to EVERYTHING.

Check in was fast and easy. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our clean room with a kitchen setup!

We had a wonderful stay the room was spacious and nice. Full fridge in the kitchen with water and an ice machine. I love the fireplace and heated pool/hot tub. Staff were wonderfully helpful and kind. The only things I would change is there was hair in the shower:( and I did not like the AI automated front desk when calling for assistance.

The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so didn't check out the pool, etc.
