I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk was disorganized and assigned me a room that was already occupied. I had to go back to the lobby twice because they kept giving me the same room instead of resolving the issue properly. The coffee maker in the room did not work. When housekeeping came by, I asked them to replace it, but it was never changed. On top of that, housekeeping did not actually clean the room. Parking was expensive, especially considering the overall condition of the property. The hotel was not in the best shape, and the service did not meet expectations. Overall, this was a frustrating stay, and I would not recommend it unless they improve their front desk coordination, housekeeping, and room maintenance.

I have stayed at this property a few times but it is a great hotel with s beautiful restaurant and spotless rooms. Great value and convenient

Carpet needs to be replaced. Shower needs to be upgraded

Room was clean. Staff was wonderful.

Really clean room for a low rate

Spent one night. Check in was quick and easy, the Hotel restaurant had good food choices and the staff were very nice and quick. I liked that they had options to by over the counter useful pharmacy-type stuff, although I didn't need to use that option (good to know they have it). Parking was easy. Overall a positive experience.

Good convenient location Clean decent rooms

Location was perfect for us. Check in waa easy and security deposit was lower than other hotels. However, the bathroom was NOT clean. Mold in the shower, dirt on the floor, tissue paper was empty. Elevators also looked dirty. Also called the restaurant to place an order so we could go downstairs once our food was ready and we were told we can only order ahead if it was take out. Also, no pool
