I stayed at this hotel expecting a much better experience for the price, but I was disappointed. The room was not clean, and the blankets looked very old, making them uncomfortable to use. The bathroom was also not well maintained and did not feel clean. We paid over $340 per night for a double room, but it did not feel like good value. The hotel only provides a limited amount of complimentary bottled water. If you need additional drinking water, you have to purchase it from the hotel, which is inconvenient. There was also no complimentary breakfast, which is disappointing at this price point. Another drawback is that there are no convenient breakfast or coffee options nearby, so you’re essentially forced to use the hotel’s restaurant, which is quite expensive. Overall, I expected much better cleanliness, comfort, and basic amenities for the amount we paid. Unfortunately, I don’t feel this hotel offers good value for the price.

Took a family vacation and this hotel was in a great location, clean and spacious rooms and helpful staff. Needed a late check out and was accommodated with no issues. Staying there was a breeze, I will be back!

This hotel was in a great location convenient to all the sites in Santa Monica. The room is very clean and updated. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see in the town.
