The gentleman who checked us in was fabulous and super lovely. Unfortunately the room was dirty with hair in the bathroom on the floor, and the room wasn’t as depicted. The photos online had the bedroom being updated, whereas the room we received was in quite rundown. The bedroom also had glass panels to the living room, and no fan, so the light from the living area did filter into the bedroom.

不錯 Loved the friendly atmosphere, great place to stay BUT it was dirty, mould around vanity taps, mouldy and dirty shower, dirty widows, dirty tracks, inch of dust under the couch, found an old water bottle there when I was looking for my other shoe. Reception area quite dirty. So much dust that hadnt been vacuumed up at side of beds and skirting boards. What a shame it needed a good clean!!

The apartment was hot and air did not seem to work. Smelled extremely musty with mold noted on the cooling unit. Huge cockroach in apartment. Reception open very limited hours but after hour and before hour self check in/out worked well. Did not check out other amenities.

Floor felt sticky. There was barely a trickle of water from the basin tap. Bathroom tiles had a bit of mould. The overall facilities such as the pool and cafe were great.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work either did the exhaust fan over the hotplate. The vacuum cleaner also didn't work.

Staff were great - the onsite restaurant run by others was very iffy- closing early and getting orders wrong - fine if you just wanted a pizza.
