Very clean and well maintained. Rooms were small but just fine for a home base in the city. We really appreciated the morning coffee and pastries, and the bright, tidy lounge area. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit dicey but the hotel felt very safe. The staff was excellent and always available. The only improvement would be new carpets in rooms.

We love this hotel. Parking across the street. Very centrally located

Room was cozy and clean, though very small. Basics only: bed, desk, closet, and bathroom. No mini fridge but Only issue with my stay was the constant noise: both a nonstop droning hum that seemed to be coming from within the building as well as construction next door that started early every morning. The bathroom window was also not a proper window, just glass slats that could be opened and closed and thus let in a lot of noise from the street. Keeping the bathroom door closed mostly solved the issue but the wind from the window also kept rattling the door. I had to wear my noise canceling headphones in order to sleep for all 3 nights I was here. Very convenient lova

We fell in love with the adorable set up. It felt like a slumber party

In the room was smelling

The hotels carpets need an upgrade in the rooms, there were dirty stains all over the carpet. The website shows a bar in the lobby and this is one of the reasons why I booked there besides being relatively close to everything. There is no bar in the lobby.

Perfect spot for us! Would definitely stay there again!

Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds / cotton sheets. Excellent continental breakfast with fresh coffee / tea, croissants and pastries. Convenient parking garage across the street.

Great place. In the center of everything. Just a short walk to the hop on Hop off bus stop

The staff was amazing. Unfortunately the hotel was not. The rooms were tiny and had no air conditioning. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a room with a wall unit that made more noise than the construction next door. The morning service was the same pastries with no fruit as advertised. The rooms has a funny smell probably because the carpets were old and stained. The lobby was the best part of the hotel. I was hoping the bar would be open but it never was. They also rarely checked for the toiletries in the room were refilled. I waited days for tissue paper.
