The front desk staff didn’t greet us with a smile. They ‘processed’ us gave us our keys. The breakfast was pretty bad. Dried out scrambled eggs and dried out potato fries.

Sue who works in the breakfast area was very helpful and pleasant to talk to

How on earth this place has such good reviews is beyond me. It’s actually really frustrating because we depend on reviews to decide whether to book a place or not. I could write an entire novel about our ordeal this evening, but let me just say - definitely don’t book this or the sister location down the street (same owners) through Hotels.com because the owners are too stupid to put the correct phone numbers on file with Hotels.com so a refund couldn’t be issued despite there being BLACK MOLD!!! I have MCAS and within just 30 minutes of standing halfway in the room and half way in the hallway while we tried to figure out what to do, I started to get hives and have trouble breathing. Thankfully I had Benadryl and an epi pen on me, as always, but it was absolutely egregious how bad the mold was in that room. Then they sent us down the street to the sister location since the gentleman couldn’t help with issuing a refund due to the owner’s incompetence. And that one has been “remodeled” but it’s still a dump. My husband and MIL got STUCK in the elevator. Everything is just DIRTY! The cleaners at both locations are either 1. Horrible at their jobs or 2. So under staffed that they are unable to do the job correctly. Based on the 2 owners not being able to even handle something as basic as putting the correct phone number on file for their OWN businesses I’m guessing it’s a mixture of both. Beds not very comfortable, bathroom extremely small. Overall it was okay and served the purpose for an overnite stay.

They didn't change our bed sheets; it was dirty. Please, before you book, or if you already booked, don’t sleep without looking at your bed sheet.

The room is cleaned and the area is quiet. Close to the airport and the hotel has shuttle service to and from the airport.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation and feels extremely outdated. I stayed in Room 206, and there wasn’t even a single mirror in the room. Housekeeping is seriously lacking. I stayed for three nights, and they never cleaned the room once. Even after I explicitly asked the front desk for clean towels and room cleaning, they promised to send someone but never did. I had to clean the room myself.I honestly do not understand why Expedia charges so much for a hotel of this low quality. Expedia booked this property as a replacement because my original booking was canceled without prior notice. Although Expedia refunded $150, I still had to pay over $300 out of my own pocket due to the higher price of this hotel compared to the first one. Both the hotel and Expedia showed a complete lack of accountability. I find Expedia’s resolution entirely unacceptable; they gave a $150 credit and washed their hands of the matter. I had to use that entire refund just to cover part of this hotel's cost, plus pay even more extra money. Expedia must take full responsibility for the bookings made through their platform."

The complementary breakfast was not fresh. They prepared the scrambled eggs in the same grease that they used in making sausages. That was unsanitary, food violation and against our dietary requirements.
