The room was fine for the most part for an older property. Air conditioning was really loud but made for good white noise sleeping. Beds were comfortable. Front staff was kind and engaging. The property itself was not clean or well kept. There was a vacuum cleaner sitting outside in the breezeway by the elevator the entire time we stayed there. Never moved. The flooring in the elevator was really bad. There was pee in the elevator that assume was from a pet and it was still there spread around when we left the next day, mid morning. When we came in for the evening all the dirty linens were piled and left by housekeeping on the sidewalk outside what I assume was the laundry room for the night. Just not what was anticipated by what was advertised.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Not having it staff 24 hours is a bit frustrating. They put a 100 hold for incidentals and after checking out have not released it. Had to check out via email due to no staff at 730 in the morning!

Parking was tight bed was really high and hard to get in shower

The location was good. The room only had one sofa, no chairs or desk. The sofa was positioned such that there was no way to sit on it and watch TV. The sofa could not be repositioned. The only way to watch the TV was to sit on the bed.

Nothing fancy, but clean room and comfortable bed. Close to downtown Gatlinburg strip. So was easy to walk there without paying for parking. Plenty of food options also to walk too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, nice location. Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and trolly stop.

Very nice and clean hotel which is conveniently located within a short walk to downtown. The rooms are exceptionally nice and clean with lots of towels. This is unusual. I felt safe and the room was quiet. I was disappointed regarding breakfast and the need to go out of the hotel for a warm one. If I were booking again I would stay here for the friendly staff, convenience and feeling of being safe since I was traveling alone.

The room was clean. I loved the fireplace. It made everything nice and cozy. The TV was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect! I never had an issue finding parking in their lot, and we were able to walk to all the main attractions within a few minutes. The staff was helpful and promptly provided me with extra soap, towels and TP when I asked. I recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be booking here again when I come back to Gatlinburg.

Very comfortable bed, the fireplace was a nice touch, the room was spacious AC worled great. Great location for walking the strip. Parking looked limited but we recieved a parking permit and foundva spot both days.The patio view wasnt anything special but you saw some mountain other than just a pool. My only complain was that housekeeping didn't refill the soap dispensers in the shower.

For an older hotel it is well maintained and clean. It isn't on the water, a block away. It is close to attractions but not on the main route (Parkway) and you can avoid the big crowds and congestion on the Parkway. In fact we learned some new routes to get around town.
