Really lovely hotel and spa highly recommended ✨✨✨✨✨.

The breakfast and Parking were good

The Superior King Room was too hot, no air conditioner or fan in the room

The problem wasn't the property - they were excellent. It was Expedia taking my money and failing to book the property - half hour phone call required to get this sorted out. The hotel, god love them, upgraded us to a suite to apologise for *Expedia's* error.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and ample parking. Makes for a perfect weekend break.

The room was clean and 2 members of staff out of the dozen I saw were friendly and nice. Apart from that, the place needs some serious refurbs doing. Lost door handles, broken window catches, ripped curtains and no aircon in the room I was in on the hottest 2 nights of the year to that point. Just a dusty old fan that was so loud I couldn't hear the storm outside that washed the pigeon skeletons across the flat roof bit to right outside my window. Parking was convenient and the breakfast was ok. Maybe service is better when there's more people but apart from the 1st lad that booked me in and the young girl serving dinner, the rest were miserable. Must say though, the coach load of pensioners had some eye opening conversations

We always try and stay at the hotel because our family live close by.

Good food and a clean and very comfortable room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The facilities included full spa services including very good facials and the rest of the treatments. The swimming pools were clean and were providing experiences for small children whilst rhe other pool catered for over 18s. It was a relaxed and very comfortable way to spend 24 hours catching up with my sister. The only down points we found were that we could not open the balcony door even after a strong member of staff had done so and we felt they badly needed a garden designer to I prove the central garden area. They said that the regular gardeners would be coming in but we felt that to really make the most of that area it would need designers and some investment.
