Clean room and comfy bed!

This is a clean little 3-star hotel in a fabulous location. As it is in an older building, the rooms are small, with window AC but perfectly sufficient (has fridge and iron) and comfortable for single traveler or couple. There is no carpeting in the rooms which I appreciate for hygiene. The first floor has a cute little sitting room, bar and restaurant and you check in at the bar - the place has a European 3-star hotel vibe. It is half block from the TTC station with the subway that takes you to the Museum stop. It is a ten minute walk to Union Station, a lovely stroll to the St Lawrence area and historic district. I would highly recommend it if you will spend most of your time out of hotel on business or exploring the city. Staff were great. My only complaint is the pillows- they were like couch cushions- too thick and bulky.

Nice hotel and well located. Easy access to Union Station and all transportation. Staff super friendly.

Good and clean for the value, restaurant was cute and good food, one of the best breakfast sandwhiches I have every had. Rooms are a little tight, but overall for the price would recommend it!

Delightful place to stay in Toronto. Close to everything downtown. Clean and very nice staff.

The room was the right size for 2 people. It had the features we wanted and not a lot of "frills". It was well-located. The people were friendly and competent. The room was comfortable. It had a nice shower. Breakfast downstairs was quite delicious.

This is a quaint older style hotel. Air conditioning worked great and it was walkable to the stadium and aquarium and quite close to hockey hall of fame. There was no shower curtain upon check in but once we told front desk one was brought up quite quickly. Breakfast was included in our package, luckily the guy checking us out pointed that out as we weren't aware! The food did take quite a while to come as they were just, but staff were very attentive and when the food did come it was delicious. A couple of parking garages close by. The cheaper option was unfortunately full though so we had to pay $78 for 24 hours of parking.

The staff were amazing! From check-in to answering questions and making suggestions for us, they went above and beyond.

Grand Hotel with a Bar and restaurant. Great room, comfortable bed like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were lovely and helpful. Parking was around the corner and easy and safe underground, nice. Great location as well, we could walk to everything. Easy to get in and out of the city. I would recommend this and stay here again. Jo-Anne
