The food was not very good. Several items were undercooked and some were cold when they should have been hot. We expected much better for how expensive it was. Also, we have a special needs child and we informed to them in advance, but they still had little to no care about his well-being. There was an team building event that was very noisy and they did nothing to help. But whenever our child was overly excited and made noise because of his sensory challenges they were very quick to tell us to have him quiet down. They claim to be pro children with disabilities, but this was not our experience and we caution others to with children with sensory challenges to question the staff extensively before booking to make sure they have a chance for a better time than we had.

Excellent property will come again

All Staff were exceptional 5× The property is however can be 3-4☆ at best but is TRY-ing hard. Ground and rooms are vrry clean 5☆. The 50meter wide Beach 1☆ access needs daily maintenance. Food mediocre 3☆. Some fees are not necessary (lost towel fee 25$- really?) Complimentary game room not really 'free'. As said, big pat on back to hard working staff but some policies can be better. Look forward to future visit and hope to see further improvements. Thank you PB staff for your warm welcome and hospitality.

Very family and elderly friendly however bed had termites or some kind of pest that were falling on my mom. So much so a room switch had to happen.

Staff was wonderful hotel was nice and relaxing restaurants where just okay.

The place itself is nice. But the food is disappointing. Not only is it expensive, it doesn’t taste good. The pasta we ordered on the first night at Kilimanjaro cafe was not thoroughly cooked. You can taste and see the hard shell. The staff are amazing.

The resort is very nice, clean, and offers a variety of activities that guests can enjoy throughout the day. The staff are very welcoming and responsive to our needs, which made our stay pleasant. That said, the experience could be improved by enhancing accessibility. Adding features such as a ramp at the entrance would benefit not only seniors and persons with disabilities, but also staff handling heavy luggage. These improvements could help reduce the risk of injuries and potential worker-related incidents. Installing motion-sensor lighting along pathways would also make nighttime walks safer and more convenient. Food is an important part of any vacation experience. At Kilimanjaro Kafe, the dishes tend to be on the salty side. The bacon is often overcooked and would benefit from proper draining to reduce excess grease. Additionally, closer monitoring of the buffet—particularly the chafing dishes—would help ensure that food is consistently available when guests arrive, as there were several instances where we had to wait for replenishment. On a positive note, kudos to the concierge team and the staff at Mogambo Springs for providing excellent service. Their attentiveness and professionalism were truly appreciated.

My family enjoyed our 2-night stay there. We found the place clean, relaxing and comfortable.

Great property, a lot of pools fornthe kds to enoy. Buffet breakfast was not that great. few choices only. Staff was great and helpful
