My only complaint is that there was far more debris in the popls this time around, and the private beach had far more trash than before. I hope the bizarre gets more items to sell soon. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. The adventure we're perfect. The adventures were exciting.

Came back here again and I can say the same thing. The place is very relaxing, staff are very attentive, clean room, good food. Everybody goes above and beyond.

Been around the world and many resorts and this was one of the best experiences. From the salt water pool, amazing spa, to the endless activities....theres something to do for everyone. You dont be disappointed! The only negative thing I can say is they charge you 500 pesos to order food in. Had to pay 500 pesos for a 600 pesos meal a few times....

We loved it here! Staff were great, spa was awesome and the resort, beautiful. Best bakery! The only negative was our check in. No one was there during check in. We had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to arrive.

The Staff are very helpful, friendly and thorough. Everything is enjoyable and it is a place where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Great experience! The staff are so attentive, polite and a huge shoutout to Lyka at the front desk for my complimentary birthday cake. Excellent and kid friendly amenities. We'll definitely be back.

We loved our stay here. We would like to come back when it’s not rainy season but even though it was we enjoyed the restaurants and spa. Will be back.
