The staff went above and beyond to help us plan our adventures in the city and to the nearby areas. The breakfast was delicious and the room extremely comfortable

We were treated like celebrities. Staff was attentive, food was delicious, room was clean. We couldn't have been happier.

Amazing experience, it was a one night stay. Staff are quick and very approachable and hospitality at its best.

Good breakfast. Helpful house keeping

Very good

Good size room, well maintained, plenty of space for luggage. Good location. Staff very welcoming and eager to please. Excellent breakfast, good variety. We didn't use the spa or the pool( only three loungers at the pool.) Only one criticism, although the towels in the bathroom were obviously good quality they were clearly well used and a bit grey. We would stay there again.

Wonderful place with a warm and inviting ambiance. The property feels stylish and relaxing from the moment you enter. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The lobby is spacious and lively, with fun indoor games like table tennis. The seating area has plush sofas and cozy swing sofas that feel comfortable and calming. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The interiors looked modern and elegant with great attention to detail. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their friendly attitude made the stay even more pleasant.

Nice staff

Wonderful service, clean hotel

The cook at the egg station needs some training. My breakfast needs are very basic/limited and my only indulgence was a one egg scrambled egg which was not upto standards, there was a small pile of scrambled eggs surrounded by a lake of liquid eggs ! On our last day we requested filter coffee without sugar or jaggery and a hot chocolate with less sugar, they never came and we had to settle for take-out cups for our trip to the airport.
