We were most impressed with friendly staff - both concierge and reception. Hussain was our first and last contact and was v helpful , polite and welcoming. Location was superb and central to all. V clean and very very helpful .beautiful views Highly recommend to all types of travellers- excellent value for money

Apartment had weird smell on the entrance and upon checkout we found out that the baggage shoot was next to it which was smelly. Hotel must consider such things for future

Very nice location and about 18 minute walk to Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. Great room with kitchenette and Washer. Pool area needs work and Jacuzzi was not working while there. Free underground parking. Wifi is good. Good value for $ spent. Will come again. View of Canal rooms is very nice as well.

The staff and service at this property are exceptions Grace, Kareem, Hussain, Arab, Rizwan and the team.
I’m a repeat guest due to comfort and service. Highly recommend if you are looking for an Aparthotel style of stay.

It was an ok place to stay if you were looking for a place near Dubai mall that is reasonably priced
However it looked better on the photos and there was some smell in the room

低於平均 Nice staff, including a man named Arab.
Otherwise my room was extremely dusty, the energy did not feel clean. Definitely not 5 star hotel. It is more of a motel vibe.
Not good if you have high quality standards. It is not clean.
