The staff were great. Very polite and always helpful. The gym is perfect for keeping up with your workouts. The rooms are super clean along with the rest of the property.

I found in the bathroom lack of any place to hang a towel close to the shower. The towel rack is very high and too far from the shower cabin when someone wants to reach it while getting out completely wet after shoiwer.

Room was accessible they noticed it before I got there and change it for me. Staff was always ready to assist even with the smallest of things. Thank you everyone

We had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient — close to Wawel Castle and the Jewish district of Kazimierz, which made exploring the city easy. A special thank you to Paula at the reception, who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Most of the staff were friendly, although the service in the F&D department was not always very welcoming. One small downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom/toilet area, similar to a sewage smell. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good value for money. The only disappointment was that, as RR members, we did not receive the benefits we usually get at other hotels within the same group.

The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring on foot. If you get a corner room you’ll get a great view of the river and the city. Staff were fairly pleasant and helpful, although I couldn’t get the WiFi to work at first they did advise what to do to fix it. Breakfast was nice but very busy all the time.

Excellent location, pleasant staff

Coming from the central train station, Kraków Główny, the tram ride wasn't thrilling. The city seemed like a normal European city. It wall changed the moment I crossed the river. The scene changed instantly! The beauty was uplifting! Once I entered the hotel, I was greeted by a kind young lady from behind the reception desk, who helped me with a very easy check in, and answered all my questions.

Large and comfortable rooms. Short walk across the road to the ICE krakow congress centre- Very convenient if attending conferences there. 30min pleasant walk to the old town, about 16min by tram, tram station is just a short walk outside. Decent on site restaurant as well.
