We stay at Fairlawns regularly and it never disappoints. The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are always well-designed, well-maintained and very clean. Food and service at dinner is excellent with plenty of gluten-free options.

We had a great stay. Rooms were clean. Staff professional and happy to accommodate any questions. Restaurant was friendly and food good.

In town for a family party, we only needed somewhere to sleep. The hotel is in a lovely location and the grounds were very well looked after. The reception staff were friendly and informative. The room was small, but big enough and very nicely decorated. The bed was comfy and the bathroom beautifully clean and well appointed. There was absolutely nothing I could find fault with.

Complete tiled floor which initially seemed unusual but that does mean its cleaner. I was happy to find there wasnt a damp smell in the bathroom. Ive been searching for a hotel that smells clean and this room certainly did, so I shall be staying here in future. My room was quiet even though hotel seemed busy. No view but that didnt bother me. Good ventilation and more snacks included than expected. Lovely towels and everything i needed. I didnt stop for breakfast so cant comment on the restaurant.

Very nice

Room was clean and well decorated. Was given upgrade to junior loft suite on arrival which was very nice and unexpected. Only ate in lounge, food tasty and portions were generous. Had room service at breakfast, can highly recommend the eggs Benedict and the breakfast baps were a good size. Rooms had everything you need. Did not use spa. Would definitely stay again for longer and have spa treatments. Staff were all very helpful and happy to help with any questions.

Friendly staff, very comfortable room and air conditioning which was very welcome in the heatwave.

Lovely hotel with nice Spa. Great breakfasts. Lovely staff. Dinner was also good. Just a shame they didn’t have a TV for World Cup :(

Travelling solo for work and the first time I had stayed at the hotel. Reception literally pointed me in the direction of the bar and that was all the info I got. The room was lovely and spacious with plenty of natural might and extremely clean. Comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. Ate in the bar, again staff didn’t really pay any attention when I was trying to understand where to eat (bar or restaurant) but food that was served was good and didn’t take a long time to arrive. Hotel itself was great for what I need travelling for work just a bit more help from staff would have been nice.

I just love this hotel. Even the small rooms are well appointed, clean, and well air conditioned. The quality of food in the restaurant is also first class. Will stay here every time I am nearby.
