Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

This hotel markets itself as having a pool, BUT, they charge Eur20 per person to use it. This is ridiculous! Also the opening hours are limited 3pm to 9pm I didn’t spot this in the booking process, so it was a nasty surprise when I saw the sign on the reception desk. This is the first time I have ever been asked to pay extra to use a hotel pool when I’m a guest. The breakfast wasn’t decent, but it wasn’t what I would expect for a four star hotel. It was more to the standard of a three star. The bedroom was very nice. La Buttiga Beer Room across the street has excellent beers and burgers in the evening.

The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great. Overall enjoyed our stay, thank uoy to reception team for being so helpful and welcoming, bar and restaurant staff for their great service.

Staff was nice - stay was average. Just felt very expensive for an average stay. Likely much better value in city.

There was no hot breakfast beyond toast/tea/coffee. The 1st room they gave me smelled of bleach so I asked to change it. The staff are not friendly only the very tall waiter on the 4th floor restaurant. It was a waste, I wish I booked something else.

Nice ppl, parking is the not the easiest! Maybe they should hire valet
