The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful

Well located rooms humble but perfect and clean. I jad a little balcony which was geeat. There are amazing restaurants nearby. The real standout was the nice blonde woman who works the front desk. Just completely lovely!!!

Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast really good. Location very convenient. The property is a bit old and the stairs are the most annoying. To access my lift I had to go up the stairs and down other stairs with two suitcases

Would avoid and go for similar alternatives e.g. Premier Inn etc. Walls are very thin so you can easily be disturbed by neighbours. Room had a broken window which didn’t seal/shut properly. Extremely loud facing the street given tram line which begins at 4am. Only consolation is that it’s very cheap but even then I would not return.

The location is really useful for the main railway station, it’s only a few minutes walk. The room was clean but basic. There were no facilities for making a drink in the room and no information about what to do if we wanted a drink. The bed was comfortable but our room, 101, was at the front of the hotel and there was a tram stop right outside the window. As there was no air conditioning we had to have window open overnight but then had to close it as it was too noisy when the trams started. The breakfast was really good though and the ladies who served it were friendly.
