低於平均 The hotel said my card declined and all rooms were sold out for the night. I had to sleep in side my vehicle while on my trip because there were no more hotels available in the area. Not only did I receive my confirmation code for my booking, but the staff was very rude and told me directly "this is what happens when you booked with third parties". Mind you I been a Expedia customer for 8 years and I have never experienced such horrible customer service.

低於平均 The room need updated - big time. . Super small and cramped. Gaps at top and bottom of door. Staff was not helpful. Most elevators not functioning. Breakfast is small and not well stocked for variety or offerings. Staff was not friendly at any point of stay.

Good stay. Be careful coming up to it, the exit off the highway is the entrance to the hotel.
