The sauna was great, but I should have checked that the place is on the fourth floor.

Nous avons eu un super appartement, même si l’adresse n’était pas la même que celle annoncée au départ. Le bâtiment a l’air désuet, mais l’appartement était parfait. Attention, car notre appartement au 4e étage à pieds ( pas d’ascenseur) peut être difficile pour certaines personnes!

A beautiful apartment in a great, central location. Highly recommend!

The apartment itself was nice, but absolutely not worth the hassle and stress of the check-in process. The company has no real reception desk — only storage lockers for luggage that require you to somehow find a 2 euro coin to use. The check-in instructions were sent through a confusing app/link that would not properly open unless you created/logged into an app account, which was nearly impossible late at night. Because of this, I couldn’t even access or properly read the instructions. There are also multiple Tallinn City Apartments locations, which made everything even more confusing. After hours of trying to figure it out, multiple phone calls, and asking strangers on the street to help me charge my phone, I finally got into the apartment around 3:30 AM. For international travelers arriving late, this system is terrible and unnecessarily stressful. A simple reception desk or a normal web link with readable instructions would solve most of these problems. Nice apartment, but I would not stay here again because the experience was such a nightmare.

Thsi is not a hotel. There is noone around to help at a front desk. This is a very large one bedroom apartment. The one we had was on the 4th floor, no elevator so luggage is an issue. The location is excellent right in old town. They do not have any room cleaning, we stayed 4 days. Communication is only through email, the phone number you are given does not work. They do not have WhatsApp available. I got stuck in the WC here for a while because the handle broke on the door on our first noght. They said they would be there the next day to fix it, they never fixed it. Parking is another thing, apparently a separate entity. I had already paid for the room and paid for the parking but they wouldn't give me a gate opener because I hadn't paid a deposit that I wasn't given a link to yet. While driving in to town I'm having to deal with that. Then when leaving, I had to return the key to the same lock box which they had changed the code to and didn't communicate it to me. I had to wait around an extra 45 minutes trying to get that sorted out. All of these could be fixed with a proper way for guests to get ahold of someone. I held off for a couple days to review because I wanted to initially give 1 star. Given the location, quality and size of the apt I decided to reconsider and went to 3 stars. I would not stay here again though.

Our stay at Tallinn City Apartments was flawless start to finish. Good communication from the host, easy check in process, luggage storage lockers available onsite for €2, clean and well appointed apartment, and a very good location! Would not hesitate to stay again if I return to Tallinn.

Great local apartment

Place was really clean and closer to restaurant, old town and grocery store. It was really convenient. Only thing to look carefully while booking through Tallin apartments is to check the actual rooms being booked. Initial search results can be misleading.

Very clean cosy apartment! All within walking distance and very traditional! Definitely will stay here again!
