The hotel was very clean the free breakfast was nice perfectly located for the town however the receptionist staff was useless and a tad rude, first night we stayed we wanted an extra duvet so we asked they came to the room and gave us pillows… they took 3 attempts and we waited 45 minutes for a blanket. If you wanted a drink from the bar you would have to either beg someone to get on the bar or wait a long time to be served as they did not like having someone on the bar, if you could not manage the bar just get rid of the bar, right? The last day I asked to extend my stay and the young receptionist staff bluntly said fully booked then proceeded to ignore me, literally talking to a brick wall ignored. I feel the cleaning staff work hard however the lobby staff were horrific. I probably would stay again as it’s a convenient hotel however I’d keep my distance from the lobby staff the next time.

Very nice hotel. Room has all facilities, clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was overcrowded at times but we always managed to get a seat. Nice lounge area, cool and pleasant. Helpful staff, excellent location at the centre, particularly enjoyed access to the swimming pool nearby. Great value for money.

Central location, rooms clean and housekeeping each day. Only downside was breakfast overcrowded but it was half term so possibly not a fair reflection

Breakfast was lovely good variety of hot and cold food pastries , pancake machine. Room was nice clean, would stay again. Staff were brilliant.

Parking in the multi story discount off 25pc. Rooms basic but fine. Quiet location. Restaurant large and bright.
