Staff were great, Friendly and helpful. Big mall next door with eateries. But be sure to go to THE big Avenues Mall. Never seen anything like it. Kuwait City lovely, clean, quiet.

Spotless clean rooms, very good fragrance in the room.
Breakfast was good.
Not seen such cleanliness in a long time in any other hotel so far.
Parking is an issue if you have a car, there are limited spots near the hotel, but eventually you will find one.
Close to the city centre and other places of business and tourism.
