Right by the beach, staff was friendly and apartment hotel was ideal

Great place to stay

Hotel is dated, clean, service staff were overall great. No restaurant - meals available at sister hotel. Had an incident at the hotel which was handled by " Sid " in a very poor manner. He should take a course on conflict mediation based on his performance. Luckily another staff member "Amna " stepped in and resolved the issue. Amna is a 5 star employee. Meals at sister hotel were varied and edible. Restaurant was nice, clean and staff service focused. Other than the incident, everything was ok.

Avoid ..this place is rubbish. It's 15 minutes walk to the beach so if you're looking for coastal views then you ain't going to get it. They don't clean the rooms every day and we had to complain to get them to clean the room on the day they said they would clean the room. The air felt dusty and it smelled a bit off. The toilets and sink didn't work properly and the kettle was also faulty. We had to complain about this after check in. You have pay 14 euros to borrow towels if y want to use the pool. Only 5 euros is refundable. A sizeable chunk of the hotel is closed when it's not peak season and I've heard several reports that the food in the sister hotels that you have to go in order to eat, is rubbish. The only good thing about it is that it is close to a supermarket and the room has a kitchenette. The other plus is that it is cheap so if you're prepared to live worse than a pikey to get a budget holiday, then you're in luck

Hotel is older but clean and conveniently located. The different decore styles make it interesting. A great pool. Restaurants and cafes nearby. Rooms are large and reasonably equipped.

The hotel was lovely but we was only told that we are not allowed to stay at the hotel we originally booked and this was the day b4 we fly so not happy about that but overall the new place was great

loved that we can book different cuisine for evening meals all decent take on the options available, staff were really attentive at hotel and restaurants, in particular the buffets as these would get VERY busy at times Kids loved the Kids Shack, great idea, always seemed well stocked Liked that mostly "reserved" towels were moved by management on occasion so that there was a fair chance for all to get a space by the pools. I would say there needs to be more advertisement on activities as I missed the stretch class, but the morning pool/aqua workout was fun, I did most of them over the 2 weeks, would definitely recommend and visit MGM hotels again

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many restaurants, Praia beach was about a 10min walk away. The Strip was aboit 15mins away but we werent rrally bothered! Unfortunately, the hotel is a little outbof date, swimming pool and surrounding areas were fine with onsite mini gym and sauna (not bad at all) Rooms were a bit dated, AIR CON was really disappointing hardly worked and when asked reception theyvdisnt really help. Asked the cleaners they said ask reception again. Wifi was another issue they have a poor authentication process. All in all bit over priced.

The only thing that was good about this stay was the two receptionists. The rest is a complete an utter disaster. To calm themselves 4* is beyond laughable. Stay clear of this hotel especially the louder rooms

Staff very friendly, arrived early but was check in directly. However they need thy adjust the check out at 11am or 12 am. 10 am not good Hotel clean, very beautifully apartment , Swiming pool good but there was no bar pool at my place , however you can easily enjoy drinks in the siter hotel Lovely different fruits for breakfast Lunch and diner okay for the all inclusive . But lots of restaurant around the hotel Overall will recommend the hotel and will return one day.
