Best hotel in Joberg and Sandton. Staff is amazing Attention to detail amazing Gym is best in class with great pool Spa massage is great for long haul travel Highly recommended to singles, couples and families. Can’t wait to go again

(Majority of) Staff were incredible and so friendly. The rooms were spacious, luxurious and excellent value for funny. Will stay here again.

this hotel is of very high quality. i am sure there is a training programme for the staff who are very efficient and helpful.

The breakfast menu options was good. The Spa experience was wonderful. The roof top dining experience at alto234 was great with the view within the clouds on the 57th floor. I got a haircut also with Uncle Dee Ventures. There is also good gym there but didn't get to use it. The pool looked lovely but weather conditions didn't allow me to use it.

1) The room constantly smelled of sewage, which was intensified when the air conditioning was turned on 2) There was dead gnats on my bed when I arrived (I have photographic evidence of this). There is clearly a gnat infestation on the premises as my room had many gnats in the room on a daily basis 3) The bidets for both toilets were not working 4) The shower water pressure was low 5) Both TVs had no channels This was not worth the nearly £2,000 I paid to stay and I was disappointed as I expected a high end experience akin to my experiences at other high end hotels around the world. I would not recommend The Leonardo to other travellers given my experience
