Staff was super helpful upon arrival & during our entire stay. From the lobby staff to the dining staff and then service staff around the pool and around the property- all friendly and kind. Only downfall is that there isn’t easy access to the beach but the plenty of pools make up for it :).

Beautiful resort with a variety of food options and pools to choose from. Not too much night life but enough for an enjoyable leisure vacation. I would recommend to have more coffee shop options around the other buildings rather just in the 1 main area. Otherwise very clean resort

We had a wonderful week at this all inclusive hotel. The staff was very friendly and there are lots of options for entertainment for the whole family. All restaurants we visited served delicious food. It’s certainly a place to come back.

Butler Antonio is #1 hands down, not even close. We didn’t have 1 hiccup the entire trip! Amazing staff, great food options, incredible facilities. Room service and house keeping was great!

Great affordable hotel

This resort is going to be our new go-to resort! The rooms were clean, the environment was well kept and beautiful, and the staff was always kind! We had more accommodating staff than not, but those who were not as accommodating did not overcome the majority of the kind staff there! The lay out is great, not too far and not too close to each other. It allowed us to be spaced out with other guests during the day, but coming together at night was great and fun! Many activities that the H10 website plans/schedules through out the day to try different things as groups! Each person we went to was 21+ and we loved every pool, bar, and restaurant! Food was GREAT! Definitely better experience than other all-inclusive resorts we’ve been too. We were planning our trip back while we were checking out! Such a great and memorable stay!
