Excellent well-located hotel in the heart of Cannes. Very clean, neat. Comfortable bed and linens. We stayed in the terrace suite with our family and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We really like this hotel, have stayed here twice and are returning soon for our third visit. Great location, a short walk to Croisette Promenade and Rue d'Antibes and safe underground parking available if pre-reserved. The rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. They also have a very nice rooftop with a whirlpool. Great service too. Definitely recommend!

The breakfast was typical for Europe; fresh cold meats, machine coffee, croissants. The location was great; easy walk to waterfront, restaurants & shops. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice shower. Two major objections. First, the hotel claims to have parking but it does not. These online facilitators like expedia need to stop letting places claim to have parking when it’s only paid public parking wherever you can find it. Do you honestly think we don’t all know that EVERY CITY HAS PARKING SOMEWHERE??? Second, if you only allow AC use from June- Aug, then you don’t get to say you have AC for my April reservation. The beds have no top sheets so its a full comforter or nothing. I couldn’t sleep with the window open bc 1-no screens 2-opens to ground level of courtyard (It’s like sleeping outside) Hence, the room was hot & stale.

Great place to recover after the Nice marathon. With a little extra fee (in addition to room cost), you can reserve the wellness centre (jetted tub, steam, dry sauna) for an hour to enjoy privately. There is also a roof top hot tub which is free. We appreciated the helpful and friendly front desk during our stay.

The service was outstanding and the breakfast delicious. Rooms are large, modern, and have huge balconies. Only downside: the air conditioning was no longer available at the time of the year and the room got up to 30°C during the day. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel in a great location.

The location is one of the best aspects of this hotel — just two or three blocks away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, making it an easy short walk to the city center and waterfront. Our room was a double with an additional couch that could sleep two more guests, though we never used it. Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing in several ways. The air conditioning shut down automatically during the night, and as a result, we never had a comfortable night’s sleep. The rooftop Jacuzzi was another letdown — it wasn’t easy to access, was poorly maintained, and frankly not worth using. We only stumbled upon it by accident. On the design side, the carpet color was unappealing, and its condition made the room feel less clean than it should have. Overall, while the location is very convenient, the comfort and amenities need significant improvement before I could recommend this hotel.

Staff could have been friendlier..but overall if you want somewhere nice to stay, close to everything...beach, train and restaurant. Fairly clean hotel.

The Hotel was amazing! Gabriel the manager is the best. He helped me get back to the airport and all my luggage, what a gentleman. I will be returning to this wonderful hotel
