I loved this property the staff was so friendly and they kept my room clean daily. I’ll recommend 10:10

Great place to stay. Food was great. The hotel was a little further out than expected. Property was clean and the staff were very helpful.

Clean room on a beautiful resort

Decent hotel - needs serious updating, painting, flooring, furniture, etc. Ocean view not exactly a beach, more like a rock quarry. My favorite thing was the dock that I sat on every morning to watch the sunrise - the most beautiful ones I've EVER seen Exceptionally clean & the shuttle driver & concierges at the desk were awesome.

Renoir and Mateo were most helpful in providing insight and fun things to do on the island. Great service, great people!!

We booked our hotel and flight through Expedia and upon our arrival was given the wrong type room. We paid for a Oceanview, however once at the room it was an obstructed view of beach and more of the pool. I immediately called the front desk and the issue was quickly resolved. Special thanks to Ladd who was attentive to help us get settled in the Oceanview room. The room was spacious, clean and with the balcony it met the expectations that we were looking for. Overall the staff was pleasant and accommodating to us. Whether it was the shuttle bus drivers (Damien/ Tevita). Karla and Julio at the restaurant/ bar who engaged us in pleasant conversations throughout our visit to the bar. And the food was delicious as well as the daiquiri. The only two complaints during our visit were our 1.)hotel entrance door was warped. It was hard to close and require more reinforcement to secure a close. 2,) Cats lurking inside the hotel lobby and sitting on the desk counter in front of the guest. Totally unacceptable!!!

Overall experience was OK. The room is very very outdated on the side that I stayed on staff was OK except one of the bartender that was very racist towards me but overall I enjoyed the pool. It was on the beach, but it’s not a beach that you can really swim it was very rocky but overall I would stay there again. Pool is awesome food it was OK. View is awesome.

Was a bit more dated than expected, overall comfortable and clean. Can't go into water from beach without water shoes, lots of coral and rocks. Staff was amazing restaurant was yummy with amazing staff as well.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Great views from our room and it was pet friendly which I was looking for, but the rooms are getting a bit dated.
