The property that we had was nothing like the pictures that we saw. The room smelled like fresh paint and the bathroom shower screen was not working so water was leaking out from the shower. The carpets looked a little bit dirty and worn. The lifts had issues. Overall, the room was not what I expected.

So the only 2 positive things I would say was the check in was smooth and they delivered another pillow after a request. Then it stopped. This accommodation is absolutely nothing like the pictures. I was supposed to be in a deluxe family apartment. There was nothing deluxe at all. Everything is old, dirty and run down. I get buildings get old but maintenance is a must. To me a backpackers hostel would be flash compared to this place. My next door neighbor knocked on our door complaining that we were knocking on the wall and his door. He blamed my children. They are 18 and 15. Who I can tell you would have no interest in doing anything like that. We also had only just checked in. We spent 2 nights but never again. Sorry give it a miss.

Location is pretty much it. Bathroom was mouldy- mould killer doesn't cost that much. Floor was oily. No internet connection.

Checking in was a battle, the room didn’t match the photos. The fire alarm was chirping, spoke to reception and got accused of smoking in the room eventually got it sorted and then had to change the battery in the smoke alarm myself. The wait at the lift was at least 10 minutes each trip

Pokey hole in the wall, not clean, tv didn’t work (not smart tvs) WiFi didn’t work, had to hotspot our phones which was really hard to get service. The reception staff left my takeaway sitting on a coffee table in reception. Parking ok if you don’t own a 4WD! After checkout, left two coats in the cupboard. (No fault of the hotel) They are NOT ABLE to post out, so had to drive three hours back from Gippsland to pick them up. Very ordinary stay.

Terrible. Do not book! The staff were rude, room was dirty and not as advised. The other guess were sketchy, felt so unsafe! The lift didn't work and kept glitching, went to enter the lift and was told i was too heavy and to get out??? (i am not fat??) Overall terrible, as soon i checked in i was already planning the review i was about to write. AND the pool, suana and gym were closed the entire time!!!! (It wasn't even advised)

Easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet room, comfy beds. Only tricky part was the parking - we were unable to gain access and ended up parking elsewhere. Otherwise, great location and fast check-out process - thank you :)

The photos didn't match the actual room. It was supposed to be serviced apartments. We got fresh towels dumped on the table once. Not all used towels were taken. Beds weren't changed or remade. Even detergent was not refilled. Only 2 lift out of 2 serviceable.

Great location

Room was messy with beer cans on the floor. No bedding for one of the beds. Fire doors locked. We checked out after only 1 night. Overpriced!!!!
