巴塞隆拿天際美利亞酒店 (Melia Barcelona Sky)

My expectations for Melia were high since we have stayed at Melias a few times before, and because it was very pricey, The front staff were excellent, helpful and very kindvincluding the bell boy was very warm and welcoming, no complains at all about the staff, however the property is horribly maintained, is very outdated, the doors and halls are stainless steel, the doors were just like the doors of a freezer all duty, the furniture extremely old, if you moved the bed the wall was stained, the rooms had white duty curtains all around which I did not understood the concept the halls were so dark and duty, the last set of towels looked like if they were used before, carpet was old

This hotel is in middle of nowhere. Transportation to anywhere is terrible. No shuttle service from airport. Avoid

Was decent

Property a bit out of the way . Need to use public transport to get into the city. The positive of this was local restaurants around property with excellent food and very reasonable. The level service was very good, snacks and drinks through out day and then at happy hour more food and free spirtits.

Great staff

The staff was very friendly. You could walk to stores, bars and restaurants nearby. Also a short taxi ride to the beach.

We had the best time! Great place to stay in Barcelona. Grounds, staff are wonderful!

Great level checkin rooms a bit tired bit comfy. Reception exit staff not great but ok
