Lovely clean room on a very hot day so glad to have good air conditioning in the room. Plus excellent breakfast. About 5 mins /Close to Canning Town underground and DLR

Really friendly and polite staff, both on reception and in the canteen when we were having breakfast. Room was clean too. Really enjoyed our buffet breakfast (who doesn’t love a hotel brekky?!), especially the freshly made pancakes from the pancake maker :) would return if we need to visit that side of London again. Thank you ☺️

The location is very convenient . There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and canning town tube station is five minutes walk from the hotel.
A grocery store is opposite of the hotel as well. It is a very safe area. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good. No issues with A/C.

Everything was great except there was a smell coming from the shower drain. The staff were very helpful with storing my luggage both before and after my stay.

Couldn’t provide us with a double room, staff seemed uninterested and a bit rude and stand off ish not only with us but other customers in front of us. Dated hotel but good location. Parking was helpful but expensive. Had plastic lining the hall ways outside with kids running up and down this, frustrating and annoying.
