I found the rooms to be small for double beds. The location was great walking distance to Time Square.

Clean spacious room, with a nice gym.

Air conditioning didn't work, the first time they came to fix it it started working for awhile but by morning it was 8 degrees hotter again. I told the front desk again but no one came to fix it before I checked out.

My rating is based on a terrible experience I had with a particular front desk employee.

Didnt like this hotel at all. Way too basic !

Hardwood floors in room need to be mopped.

I absolutely loved my stay and especially the staff. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were also very welcoming and made me feel happy about choosing Truss for my stay. I wish they had included water or access to ice for rhe in-room refrigerators. Guests like me need to keep medication cold and also prefer to drink cold beverages. I wish there had been vending machines with snacks, candy and drinks and an ice machine. My bed was comfortable and I rested very well during my stay. I noticed my refrigerator door wouldn’t stay shut and had difficulty keeping my insulin cold. But maintenance came the next morning and replaced it. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I have already decided when I return, I will choose to stay at Truss again. A+

Our TV and AC did not work in the room we stayed in. It is an older hotel and looks kind of run down. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me, my kids and my friends , we had a great time and experience in Manhattan and in Truss hotel! The staff are amazing ! very clean , great location close to Time Square and Broadway. We slept so good on the beds! Definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy NYC!
