Hasen was very helpful.

My family and I were very excited for this stay because Greece has always been a dream vacation for us. The photos and description of the Luxury Cave Suite looked amazing online, which is why we decided to book it. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very disappointing. The room we were first given did not feel luxurious at all. The tub was dirty and closed off when we arrived, there were many insects inside the room, and it honestly did not seem properly cleaned. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, especially because the room was located on the lower level, and the electricity shut off three times within just a few hours of our first day. After we complained, we were moved to another room that was technically less luxurious, but it was actually much better than the original one we received. I also contacted customer service multiple times and sent emails, but received no response at all. The management’s customer service was very poor and disappointing. We stayed for three nights, and another disappointment was the breakfast. It was very basic and exactly the same every morning, with no variety at all. I honestly do not feel that the amount of money I spent for this stay was justified. It was very expensive, but I chose to book it because I was expecting a beautiful, luxurious, and satisfying experience for my family’s dream vacation. Sadly, it did not meet those expectations at all.

4.5 stars! We would have given it 5, but we had issues with the internet and we lost power a few times because the fuse blew. Not a big deal about the fuses, but for those of us who have to work while on "vacation", the internet was a slight issue. Other than that, beautiful views, VERY helpful staff and a fun "cave" to stay in. Would stay here again if the internet was fast and reliable.

Overall, very satisfied

From the begining, the staff was ready to help with any questions. They helped with transportation, luggage, breakfast delivered every morning etc. The view was amazing and the location was near a bus stop and mini market for supplies. When you get to your room, you feel like you are in paradise. Thanks again to the staff.

Rooms were clean, Staff were responsive and friendly, March End- Season is just starting so not much crowded rooms around. Pools were not open except Hot Tub. Views from this property were amazing, a quieter place in OIA with good views compared to other similar properties in OIA busy area. Overall great experience.

The breakfast did not have much items though which were there was absoulutely amazing

Beautiful views of Caldera, nice cave rooms. We enjoyed hot tub, nice views of ocean along with Caldera while having breakfast, and the staff is amazing and friendly. They took care of our luggage for early show up as well as pick up after checking out. Love this place, highly recommend.
