We had a bit of an unusual arrangement and initial miscommunication was very much due to the third party website used for the initial booking. However the staff themselves were brilliant in helping us resolve the matter and looking after us once we were there. We also arrived in the middle of a heat-wave and the hotel made sure we were looked after and managed to source extra fans to ensure we were comfortable. Breakfast was very good value we felt and very convenient to ensure that we could maximise the short time we had in Vienna for sight seeing. Would highly recommend the hotel for a weekend break and we are already thinking of returning in the autumn.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was a huge buffet. Downside, there are not many restaurant choices in the area.

It was nice experience we did not have any problems , but the breakfast was so expensive (30€ for 2 people) and both of us didnt eat even 3€ as a matter of fact
