I have stayed here before and it was ok, but was not impressed this time. - The pool is closed and under renovation - no where was this communicated, not even at checkin. It wasn't until the kids and I had our swimsuits on and went to the pool level did we find out. I would have booked a different hotel had I known. - The carpet in the corner of our room was wet by the window from the rain - The wall paper in our room was peeling - The breakfast was fine, but there was water dripping from the roof from the rain storm. Overall not impressed.

Friendly staff and very clean place

The property was older and there were renovations going on, however the property/rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and they had a nice breakfast. The hotel was close to our concert and we would stay there again.

Convenient location. Generally clean but a bit noisy as there are often school sports teams who run in the hallway. We have stayed here twice now and the same thing happened both times. Good for families. Breakfast is mediocre. Pancake machine and consistency is weird! But it’s good if you like yoghurt and cereal. Would stay here again for convenience and price.

Not very family-friendly. Although we were traveling with children and had no pets, we were assigned a pet room. The room was located at the very end of the hallway, requiring the longest walking distance, which was inconvenient, especially with kids. The overall experience could have been better if room assignments had taken family needs into consideration.thanks

Nice and close to the airport room was clean . Twin beds are like Lego beds size and shape

I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things.

Property was under renovation, which I understand occurs periodically. Was not notified about this prior to booking the hotel, though. Plastic drop sheets all over the lobby, pool and hot tub were nonfunctional and water was shut off to the hotel from 11 am till 4 PM the day we checked out
