I like everything in my stay.. the warmth of the staff and his interior decor, a great restaurants,, and fantastic location.. from my balcony I felt the palpitation of Paris looking at the Arc of Triumph and the Eiffel tower 💯😁

I had a great stay in Paris. I came for some last-minute Christmas shopping and ended up being pleasantly surprised. The Grand Hotel Champs Elysees is right next to the beautiful Arc de Triomphe, which made the location perfect!!! The staff was super friendly, and the croissants at breakfast were a definite win!

Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the hotel is not equipped to be a 5-star or 4-star hotel.
Smelly hallways, rusty bathrooms/floors, and most importantly air conditioning was not working in the first room I got they moved me to a room with air conditioning that is barely satisfactory.

Small boutique hotel with such a wonderful personalized staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. It was literally five minutes from Champs Elysees and probably 8 minutes from Arc de Triomphe. Our second time in Paris and a great find.
