The best buffet breakfast! Exceptional Service

Great

We stayed at Mai House as a couple for 5 nites in premium king room on the 13th floor and loved the colonial look of the hotel. Fresh floral displays in the lobby and elevator areas were beautifully presented and replaced every 2–3 days – a thoughtful detail that added a lovely touch of elegance to the hotel’s ambience. The room was very quiet and we had a restful stay throughout. There were also many food options and cafes within walking distance from the hotel, Mediterra restaurant connected to the hotel offers fantastic mediterranean food and great service. The hotel was also located within walking distance to Michelin Bib Gourmand/Select restaurant Man Moi and Bep Cuon which we highly recommend. The only con was we could not enjoy the cable channels in the room TV as it was terribly glitchy. The technician came to our room on two separate days but could not resolve the issue. We brought the issue to the attention of the Duty Manager who upgraded our room to junior suite on a lower floor on the 4th nite. We appreciated the hotel for taking our feedback seriously and taking action to remedy the situation and improve our stay. We will definitely consider Mai House again in our next visit to Ho Chi Minh.

Lovely spacious room with great, comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing and Mr Phong was extremely welcoming and helpful.

I love the room there. It's a beautiful and detailed design room. Its sound proved is impressive, it felt quiet in a noisy neighborhood streets. Highly recommended for guests who don't mind a ghetto surrounding.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast buffet. The food selection was quite limited, and adding more variety would make it much better. The coffee was also below average and could be improved. Aside from the breakfast and coffee, everything else was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 4 nights as a family vacation . The staff in every department were so attentive and so helpful. We loved the rooms. The breakfast had a huge variety to choose from and the coffee is a must to try. Hai and Kelvin were so helpful in Conceirge in making our trip more comfortable and enjoyable. The other staff were so friendly and helpful but sadly didn’t remember everyone’s name. The team in the club lounge were amazing too. Sad to go but we will all be back.

Love the breakfast buffet Staffs are helpful Clean hotel

just good

Beautiful rooms and great friendly service! The staff were so friendly and helpful - the concierge booked our travel out of HCMC with no trouble and was so thorough with directions and instructions. We particularly enjoyed the pool after a hot day and the pool bar staff were so attentive when it came to service and safety. We enjoyed happy hour at the roof top bar and got a beautiful view of the city! Conveniently located for exploring the city but still quiet enough that we got a restful night’s sleep. Thank you so much for a great stay!
