Located pretty central close to beach and tram. In the budget area of town... Biggest problem is smoking the balcony is shared only glass devider, we could not use the balcony because next to us chain smoker:-(. The smell went even though the balcony door. Ash and dirt on your balcony and the horrible small. My girlfriend has asthma so it was double hard for her. The hotel didn't address the problem:-(. Said the are full but we saw many checkouts on our floor. Otherwise would be great stay....

The staff was very nice and the stay was located 2 blocks from the beach, so the location was convenient. However, we did run into a few issues during our stay. The hot water barely worked in the shower. We stayed 5 nights and had 2 warm showers. In addition, the safe to our room was broken, which was an issue because we were traveling with passports and other valuable items. We had to tell the staff members 3 separate times that it didn’t work, and they told us that they would send the handyman to look at it. Afterword, they told us that they tried to order a new safe but it wouldn’t come in time for our stay. There wasn’t any room cleaning service and we had to throw out our own trash. The room was spacious which was nice, and the rooftop was one of the best parts of the stay. Overall, the stay was fine, but I personally wouldn’t go back to stay there.

Good 3 star hotel,room was a good size with a balcony looking over a lovely garden,hotel has a nice roof top terrace with a shower to help cool down. Downside..we was there for 5 days with no room cleaning or change of towels ( unless you pay additional charge) Also the lift belongs to the cleaners and hard to get some times..for are 5 day stay the lifts were not operational for 2.

Loved the location

Well located, next to the hustle and bustle. Very clean and good AC. A bit outdated. Very strict cleaning rules for guests and a bit of miscommunication with the front desk. Rooftop could use a bar/restaurant. Good views to the sea from there.

Perfect location for Promanade des Anglais. Close to tram. Lovely bars and eateries within walking distance. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Having the extra space of a studio was great
