Great location for a quick stay near the airport

The staff were very helpful guiding us to the airport shuttle to be picked up by hotel. During our stay Jet Blue airline had cancelled our flights and the gentleman at the hotel was quick to have his cleaning staff work on the available rooms to allow our family of six have an early check in. The breakfast bar was fresh and clean. The rooms smelled cleaned; no complains. Would definitely book again

I was given the wrong room type and couldn't change it because it was a 3rd party booking by Expedia and Expedia couldn't fix it without an extremely large fee additional fee. This meant I had to share a bed. It was an uncomfortable stay. Very disappointed and an extremely uncomfortable stay.

This is a good local hotel and close JFK.

Staff were very polite

The staff went above and beyond to help so many passengers who's flights had been canceled at 3am. They offered me an early check-in and a comfortable bed to rest and refresh. Thanks so much.

If you find yourself unexpectedly stuck at the airport, this hotel is a lifesaver. While this is an older hotel, it is affordable, clean, and safe. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle to the airport, which gives access to the Airtrain and public transportation to the city.

The hotel is older, my room smelled like a musty basement. It is right over the flight path for JFK so you do hear a lot of airline noise. Contential breakfast was okay and the cakes in the afternoon were good. The shuttle only runs on the hour which is terrible. It should be at least every half hour. Had to wait for two hours for an open seat on the shuttle and it was crammed full. Had a coffee maker in the room but no coffee for it
