Staff is wonderful. Walking distance to Dry Tortuga ferry. Would have given 5 stars but air conditioner didn't keep room cool.

Roman, out consierge was amazing as he has always been over the last 15 years of staying at Heron house Court.

I gave this place 5 stars bc of how awesome hospitable kind & precious Roman is - front desk. He made our trip better than it would’ve been if we didn’t meet him. I think he’s the happiest most kind human ever. The pool was nice and clean/ quiet. Basics for breakfast - can’t complain. In a great area. We will go again bc of Roman.

Roman was the best host ever! He was so accommodating and sweet. Our room was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back. If I could rate 10 stars, I would.

Everything was excellent. Check in and check out was easy. Location was great. Staff was friendly and helped with everything.

The stay here was pleasant & quiet. We stayed in room 5. It was small but cute. The shower will take a long time to heat up, and the toilet sits very low to the floor. There are not many outlets in this room and the one by the chair and bathroom door dosent work. We had also anticipated using the pool during our stay, but it was not running and dirty the entire week. Kind of bummed about that. Breakfast consisted assorted breakfast cereals, and plate of cold cuts ham slices and cheese, Bagels, bread, fruits. The coffee was in unmarked thermos's and didn't stay hot very long. Overall the property is in a quiet, walkable location, convenient to the Marina and Duval St.

Although the property is old and slightly outdated, it is charming and the staff, especially Roman, so welcoming, personable, and accomadating.

Large space. Liked that the bedroom / bathroom were on an upper level. Close to the Key West and Yankee freedom Ferry dock.

Ronan was awesome and took the time to step outside the hotel to show us and explain which street parking was resident only and which was free for visitors.
