We booked the room based on the rating and proximity to the airport. When we arrived from the airport, we were shocked to see such a highly rated hotel have an outside appearance that was so beat up looking. We went inside and asked to view our room before checking in. The front desk woman was polite, but she apparently was by herself running the hotel and was a little frazzled by our request. She did show us the room and it did not meet the standards I would have expected based on the rating and brand name. We decided not to stay there. We had prepaid for the room on hotels.com. The front desk woman told us she did not have the authority to issue a refund even though we were not going to check in or stay at the hotel. I asked for the General Managers card and she provided it without any fuss. But she did tell me the General Manager would not issue a refund, or at least that was her experience in the past. I know from past interactions with hotels I prepaid for that if the hotel agrees to refund the monies paid for a room, hotels.com can issue a refund. I will be calling the GM now that I am back home from my trip and hope she will issue a refund. If a customer does not stay in your room, you should not be paid for the room night.

Very Close to the airport with great parking. They have great staff that was helpful about what they had to offer. Rooms and lobby very clean.

Hotel was nice, older! Room was small but beds were comfortable! It was very close to airport! Pool was not open the night we stayed! Overall good!

Clean room and good overall value for the price. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and service was consistently prompt. The shuttle pickup was well organized and convenient. Breakfast was good and met expectations. Overall, a straightforward, comfortable stay with no issues.

Better to have one common bathroom room in the lobby. After checking out at 11 am. My flight was at 7pm. I was waiting in the lobby to get shuttle to airport at 4pm.i asked staff for a bathroom. They told me to go to the nearest Gas station.
