This hotel is truly in a league of its own. One really gets to feel like living in a palace while being there! Stayed there for five nights and everything was top notch - the personnel, the food, the beach... Hope to visit again soon

We had an exceptional stay at Emirates Palace. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and genuinely welcoming — the staff were outstanding throughout and really made us feel cared for. The hotel itself is stunning, with incredible attention to detail everywhere you look. Our room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, and the overall quality across the whole property was consistently high. Food was a real highlight. Breakfast was perfect — a brilliant mix of buffet options plus an à la carte menu, which made it feel extra special rather than standard hotel dining. We were on half board and found it more than enough, especially as we chose to use the 150 AED supplement for both Michelin-starred restaurants, which was absolutely worth it and elevated the whole experience. The amenities were excellent and there was something for all ages. Overall, a truly memorable stay. I’d absolutely recommend it — luxury done properly, with warmth and care rather than just show.

I loved the palace atmosphere, and it doesn’t feel crowded at all. Lots of privacy. Breakfast could have been of better quality. There was a huge spread, but quality was not as great as expected.

Our room was absolutely gorgeous! The room staff members were quick to respond to anything we needed. The palace was a dream but the only reason I gave it a 4 was because it was so huge and the signage to find your room was difficult to use. And it would have been nice to have several convenience stores at each section of the hotel to purchase over the counter meds, drinks, snacks and even small souvenirs. The souvenir shop has very few items and I wanted to buy one of the signature fans but for $100 I would have expected a fan that had some pearls (even fake ones) and not a fan that looked like it was worth $5. The gift shops had too many items that were not worth the time to buy for souvenirs and many were repetitive. I’d analyze the type of goods that are sold and reduce repetitive type shops! I do have to give a big shout out to the best team members in the EP CLUB; thanks to Wai, Stephen & Koffi for always preparing our “usual table for 4”, always being kind and attentive and to the chefs for preparing different delectables every day! Oh and the staff at the pools and beaches were so kind and attentive too! I also loved the lobby guys who were always great at getting us a golf cart to take us to the very end of the palace!!! Oh and the walk around the marina was beautiful. You may want to include a small snack bar at the very end near the giant yacht! Oh and we love the temperature in the pool and hot tubs and we also love the beautiful patisseries in the lobby!
