Good experience, nice staff, good breakfast, great location. However, very small elevator, small corridors (with dirty towels on the floor for most of the day), and small rooms…

We got a suite room. However the room was really small. We had a tough time having our luggage opened up
No sleepers, or amenities in the toilets
Main building elevator fit only 3 people so taking luggage up was a hassle.
The hotel was clean.
On the weekend lots of noise from outside and we could not get a good night sleep.
The staff was not that up front. The locker in the room was not open and it took the staff about 24 hours to get it opened. In the beginning they promised 15 min and danced their way through the next day. Not being up front is the last thing a tired traveler needs.
Breakfast area small and food variety scarce. Our family of 4 could not sit at the same table and we basically took halk the dining space.
I don’t recommend this hotel overall at this price point given its service and room size.

Great location near the Champs Elysee and Roosevelt metro station. Wonderful breakfast buffet available. Very friendly staff. Small, but well-equipped rooms. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

Pleasant stay in this hotel. Everyone is so nice esp Vanessa who helped us a lot in the breakfast area. Breakfast was enough and very filling. Our room is enough for me and my husband. Location is the best! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to everything in Paris.
