Everything was great! People to service was Amazing

Excellent service all around.

Staff is always helpful.

I was disappointed because my room wasn't made up until after I requested it for 2 out of the 4 days I was there. It was really late in the afternoon by the time it was done.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful

Very Historic Hotel. Outstanding amenities. Very pleasant staff. Suburb rooms. World Class Restaurants etc.

The pool is a lot smaller than expected that’s all

Lovely big room. pleasant reception at the desk. They kindly let me check out an hour later but didn't try any of the facilities so can't comment.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and everything went smoothly. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud when cycling on and off and kept me up during the night. Other than that, it was a great experience.
