The staff at this hotel were truly wonderful — kind, attentive, and very responsive. Every time we needed help, they reacted quickly and with a great attitude.
The only issue during our stay was the heating system in our room. At first, the heater was not working, and when it was eventually fixed, it produced an unpleasant smell. Although this made the room a bit uncomfortable, the team did their best to assist us right away and showed excellent customer service.
Overall, the staff made a very positive difference in our stay, even though the room’s heating problem was unfortunate.
