Construction power tools below our room woke us up at 7:30am. Wish we would have known before we booked or that they started a bit later in the morning. Makes it hard to justify the cost. Lovely hotel otherwise.

Clean room

Excellent place to stay in Banff, great location. Pool & spa was a real highlight as was the coffee shop in the lobby!

Very friendly staff. Loved Analog coffee shop bring on site. Hotel is also newly renovated and is in good location.

5 star stay all around. Only small complaint is that it was very expensive for a Saturday night stay but that’s Banff in late spring I guess.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service from the staff. There is a beautiful spa pool area and it’s easily walkable into downtown Banff.

Lovely hotel with modern facilities. Great location to town centre and free parking on site.

Undergoing renovations and we started with banging at 0600 hrs this AM. Now, could this have been banging from the construction workers who are supposed to start at 0800 or was it the barrista in Analog coffee banging the crap out of the cappuncino coffee bean holder.. Either way, both rooms we had were awake at 0600!! Not worth the price for the room with this nice wakeup. Also, be very careful with parking underground and opening your trunk. The ceiling in the garage is extremely low and we unfortunately had our trunk scraped really badly. Staff said, well you can park outside....

Great location. Beautiful room with luxury linens. Pool and water features were so relaxing, especially during adult only time
