So easy to check in. Everyone was accommodating and helpful right down to the maintenance staff. I loved the pool and hot tubs.

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel is in a great location. We loved the coffee shop off the lobby and indoor hot tubs!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at the Kenrick Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Banff, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our family. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were always happy to answer questions, offer local recommendations, and make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel really well looked after. Overall, it was a great base for our time in Banff, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

The pool, sauna, hot tubs, and cold plunge pool are excellent. Our family thoroughly enjoyed them.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk down the main avenue to the centre of Banff. It has a really good coffee shop in the main reception, which was very popular and a nice restaurant next door. The rooms are really well laid out and are immaculately cleaned. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the main avenue and mountains beyond. There is an underground car park too. I know Banff is expensive, but this hotel was great value
