When we first arrived, everything was good, the room was clean, when we came back to the room, I wanted to take a relaxing bath and the water would not turn off, I tried my friend tried and the friend had to go downstairs to get someone, I got burned by hot water in the tub, the lady at the desk apologized, but that was it, they moved us to another bedroom, same clean and very nice, there were Ants in the bathtub, no more of this hotel

Had one of the worst experience in my life. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.. i went with family and they have no consideration. The smell was overwhelming from the moment I walked in—strong, unpleasant, and clearly not fresh.
What made the situation even worse was the stain on the sheet.

Don't let the beautiful curb side appeal you. I hate to post this but...... I use Expedia for all my travel and had never had a horrific experience like this one. Checked in facility curb appeal was beautiful lobby not bad but when you get to your room BEWARE! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY. The rooms smelled

I asked for a floor level room which I was given problem was this room looked old as in it had a old capuchin with stains on it dust and stains on the cabinets it looked like a room that hadn’t been updated in a while

Room was great, clean. Amenities were good. Check in easy fast with no issues. Unfortunately Check out took too long on a Saturday morning, not enough staff to take care of an easy and quick Check out. A lines form spend a little more than 20 minutes waiting for assistance.
