Location was great to Six Flags

We arrived to the fire alarm going off! Not a good start. Got into our room found hair in shower that wasn’t ours, the corner by our ac unit in the room filled with spiders and webs and the topped room had less than half a roll of towel paper no backup. And then got woken up at 6 am from a fire alarm again. Went to the pool no towels.

Everything was great, from price , to the clean updated room , to the location of the hotel . The only problem was at check-in. when I arrive I give the check in attendant my name at 5:00 pm , her first words were “ We don’t have a room for you yet “. Mind you check in is @ 3pm my wife & I still grabbed lunch & killed some time till 5 pm . I told her we had an event close by scheduled at 6:30pm & we could not wait , so after she consulted with management and made a few calls she was able to give us the key to our room that we had reserved a week in advance . Other than that very safe & nice hotel .

Fridge was not clean when I checked in

Todo estubo exelente solo la lavanderia estubo pesimo, solo una Lavadora y una secadora, no servian y solo gaste mi dinero en la secadora dos veces y al final no seco y me dejo la ropa con muy mal olor,, espero que para mi proximo viaje ya tengan buen servicio con eso.

Check in was at 3 but they didn’t have any clean rooms with a king bed just how I had booked/reserved. Ended up getting a room after 4:30pm and the bed we got looked a lot smaller than a king. When I went downstairs to speak to the receptionist to asked if they had a bigger bed he proceeded to tell me to use the pull out bed that’s on the couch. Not very helpful… I didn’t want to wake up my two small kids so decided to just sleep there but they can definitely improve their customer service and their cleaning time.

So clean, great parking, amazing food, and the front desk guy working the night shift with braids is super cool and needs a raise

Very nice space, and extremely convenient location. Pool was great, and the rooms were very nice. We showed up pretty early, but the staff was able to find us a room to check in early which was extremely helpful.

No breakfast. Hollow walls. You can hear everything in the hallways. Not even a banana or muffin for breakfast

Room was a little dated inside.
