The room was really clean and very nice! The staff was welcoming and very friendly. They had a cute outside bar. We did not get to eat there but the food smelled really good. This hotel is minutes away from crash boat beach and we will definitely book here again in the future!

Nos encantó la estadía en Parador El Faro. El staff súper atento, las facilidades limpias y bien cuidadas, la comida muy buena. No tuvimos que salir para desayunar, almorzar y cenar porque tienen variedad de platos para todos los gustos. Fuimos a Crash Boat ya que queda a 5 minutos de la facilidad.

The parador was more modern than l expected has everything you might need pool bar restaurant close to crash boat and cascade water park

1. The parking lot is too narrow; you have to park very close to other cars, and it's very far from the rooms. 2. The reception is terrible. 3. They advertise breakfast included, but when you arrive, they tell you that while they do have breakfast at the hotel, it's not included in the price, as it should be and as reputable hotels do. 4. The sheets in the rooms are awful, and the towels are even worse. 5. The air conditioning makes noise all night and doesn't cool enough. This hotel is a dump. If you want to feel ripped off, this is the perfect hotel to do it.

It’s a very nice and quiet place and the staff is extremely friendly. It’s clean and nice ambiance. The restaurant offers a great menu. Very centrally located and easy to access.

We had to leave the hotel to get breakfast early (before 9am)

This place was really great. We booked for 1 night since we were going to a near by beach the next day and we were surprised how beautiful and peaceful this place was. The only thing this place needs to make it excelente would be 'breakfast included" They do provide it on the weekends only but with a fee. I guess I'm spoil, since a lot of the hotels I do stay have that included. But this place is beautiful! Loved it!

Clean rooms very nice staff, no breads fast, no play grounds for kids, no place to eat, no support on stairs for pool, the price of the hotel is too much.
